I am a Registered Childhood Educator in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators (CECE). I have more than three years’ experience in the field of licensed child care work and services. Presently I am working as an ECE with Kids and Company, Mississauga. I have developed excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills besides ability to establish rapport with stake holders. I have extensive experience and sensitivity in dealing with members of different cultural and racial backgrounds, including visible and non-visible dimensions of diversity. I have worked as a volunteer in PLASP. I have worked as a Lunch Supervisor at Willow Way Public School in Mississauga. I supervised children during their break time and while they play outside. I can lift/carry children (weighing up to 20kgs). I possess good communication skills both oral and written and I can deal effectively with members, staff and volunteers. I am a good team player and flexible to work schedule. I possess an up to date standard First Aid and CPR (Level C) certification, immunization record and police clearance. I meet all requirements of the position of Registered Early Childhood Educator. I have the fundamental knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, Day Nurseries Act, Child and Family Services Act and I do meet the specifications of these acts and related regulations concerning this work. I have completed the Ministry of Labour module on Worker Health and Safety Awareness on 24th December, 2016. I participated in round table discussions on the Revised Draft Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice held on January 24, 2017 which was conducted by College of ECE.
