• Experience in working with children of age 2.5-12 years in both daycare centers and before and after school programs. • Good observer, Knowledgeable, Creative, Critical thinker, Imaginative, patient, resourceful, Good communicator, Curious and Child and Family centered. • Cooperative, welcoming and communicative aptitude towards families and other team members. • Computer skills including internet researches and MS-OFFICE including Word, PowerPoint and excel etc. • Current and in-depth knowledge of Child growth and development theories. • Knowledge and experience in planning and implementation of learning opportunities for children for holistic development of children and have ability to modify these working opportunities for children with disabilities to promote inclusive environment. • Ability to speak three different language includes English, Punjabi and Hindi.
