it is with great enthusiasm that I am submitting an application for an RECE position. I believe that my rewarding and successful teaching experiences are what motivate me to bring commitment, creativity and dedication to any job. My time in the field has given me the skills and knowledge required of an Early Childhood Educator. I am confident my education, experience and transferable skills, such as my leadership qualities, organizational abilities, and excellent communication skills qualify me for any ECE position. My 25 years of experience is relevant and extensive. What this cannot illustrate are the intangibles that set me apart. I have a tremendous love for children and place a high standard in learning. I possess a calm attitude and superb understanding of children's needs. I am positive, personable and able to be flexible as needed. I am confident I would be a valuable addition to any academic team.
