From the first week our daughter started at the daycare, we felt like we won the ECE lottery and were truly impressed by Claudia and her ability to connect with our daughter and engage all the students in the classroom. We had concerns that our daughter’s vocabulary was limited for her age group, but Claudia has spent the last few months applying various techniques to enhance our daughter’s vocabulary and self-confidence in articulating herself through words. Claudia possesses a demonstrated interest in contributing effectively to the establishment of a classroom and daycare that empowers students to thrive and develop. We are truly thankful for Claudia’s knowledge and care working within the classroom setting. Our daughter's development, experience and sheer enjoyment of coming to class each morning has been mainly due to Claudia's engaging activity plans and her courteous and caring manner with children and parents. We believe Claudia is an exceptional teacher with an understanding of the physical, cognitive, social and emotional needs of children with a very bright future ahead of her in early education. Claudia brings a great sense of professionalism and pride in her work with children and it is with utmost confidence that we believe she would be a great asset to any Early Childhood Education setting. For all the foregoing, we cannot recommend her enough.

Claudia is a creative individual that daily plans and creates educational and fun experiences for the children. Claudia works very well with others, she is open minded, caring and affectionate with every child in her care. If given the opportunity and toold Claudia can create magic in her environment.

Claudia demonstrates a true passion for working with children. In observing her interactions with children, it is very clear that she is a highly skilled worker who is always looking for opportunities to engage children in learning. It is apparent that she appreciates how much interactions matter as she uses these interactions to build on children's curiosities. She demonstrates creative and dynamic ways to teach children about a variety of concepts and to help support their cognitive, social and emotional development. It is very clear that this is her life's vocation and any child care centre would be lucky to have an educator like Claudia.

Claudia C is one of the most caring and passionate ECEs I have ever worked with. She is always trying to bring the team together with her positive attitude. She makes sure each of her students is cared for and she helps them all to reach their potential. Her creativity is truly amazing , whenever I walked into her classroom there was always something. She makes each student feel loved and welcome . I was an in charge staff and I would always hear from parents that they loved having Claudia as their child's teacher ❤️
