Early Childhood Educator Job in Richmond Hill, Ontario

We are currently seeking enthusiastic, creative, motivated and dedicated RECE and supply/casual staff. Position available: RECE position working full-time 9:00 am 6:00 pm. Requirements for the successful candidate: ECE diploma and proof of registration with the College of Early Childhood Educators Valid First Aid / CPR certification as well as a clear health assessment, including TB test, police reference check Knowledge of the Early Learning and Care Assessment for Quality Improvement and the Ministry of Education licensing legislation CCEYA, as well as York Region Public Health requirements and standards Implementation of a well-rounded program that meets the needs of all the children and families Be innovative, and have strong ELECT programming skills Possess strong interpersonal communication skills with an emphasis on teamwork Possess excellent behaviour management skills that include problem solving, positive reinforcement and redirection strategies Excellent oral and written communication skills NOTE: Once offered a position, employee must provide clear health and police check as a condition of employment.
