Early Childhood Educator in Toronto, Ontario

Dear Employer. I graduated from Centennial College in June 2013, earned my diploma in Early Childhood Educator and Early Childhood Assistant in June 2006. My educational background has provided me with both hands-on and theoretical experience in assessing the developmental needs of children. My pasts experience with Sun Shine for 5 years and Vincent Massey Childcare allowed me to gain excellent skills in working with children as well as three field placements during my two years ECE course program, and supply allows me to get to know the Centre and age groups. In addition, I have successfully taught children through various creative and innovative activities to develop basic motor and eye-hand coordination skills. I had a lot of fun experiences with children from program planning an activity, groups time, singing song and supervising hand washing, and changing diapers and supervise groups of children in the gym/outdoor. School ages, kindergarten, toddlers and preschool I prefer to work with because I enjoy interacting with children and exploring their worlds as well as the challenges from the children temperament and behavior. In addition, I work well in a team friendly environment where I can communicate with my co-worker by exchanging program ideas or about the children develop, supporting each other. These are important to me because it brings joyful and helps the center run smoother. Working with young children and their family is my passion where I can help make a difference in their lives starting at young ages through positive guidance, playing in a safe environment. In conclusion, I am a reliable, hardworking and fun person to work with as well as determination I put all my best into my work making sure that children are safe and supportive toward their family and co-worker.
