Early Childhood Educator in Richmond Hill, Ontario

I am looking to work as an RECE in a childcare where there is room to learn and progress in my career. I am highly adaptable to interact with a diverse population of children, workers and parents. I have solid interpersonal and communication skills, and I am self-motivated, energetic and positive. Seeing children grow and develop is extremely rewarding and I am committed to their overall well-being. I have more than 10 years working with children and have acquired experience to implement different curriculum models such as High scope, Emergent curriculum and Reggio- Emilia. I have also attended many work shops including ``how does learning happen ``and have implemented the experiences in my programing I believe children learn by exploration and manipulation of the environment; teachers must provide a rich environment where children have a free choice to explore.Teachers are facilitators and good role model, they must also be sensitive to the children's needs.
