Early Childhood Educator in Toronto, Ontario

I have worked in a variety of settings previous to and post - graduation as part time and full time ECE as well as a gymnastics coach and supervisor. In total, I have over 10 years experience working with children and families of all ages. I have worked with large groups of children as well as one on one. I have had the opportunity to work with children with autism and behavioural exceptionalities, and have also learned about the importance of inclusion, diversity and the acceptance of all. My experience in the Bachelor of Child Development Degree program has greatly expanded my knowledge on how children develop and learn, and has significantly contributed to my professional practice with children and families. At various places of employment and volunteer opportunities I have had the pleasure to learn about and work with children with special needs such as ASD and behavioural exceptionalities.
