Early Childhood Educator in Toronto, Ontario

I have been working with children at the early childhood level for the past 12 years, 10 of which has been spent working with children living with autism. This is currently the capacity which I serve in as a therapist / teacher delivering Applied Behaviour Analysis treatment daily. I am also a certified Registered Behaviour Technician as my duties involve delivering behaviour protocols under the supervision of a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst. I am also responsible for running a secondary branch of my company out of town, in which I oversee the day to day functions of the facility while caring for my case loads. My duties also includes setting targeted goals for those on my case load, supervising other staff members at the location and schedule school visits for those at the facility. I am very passionate about what I do and also willing to go the extra mile for my clients, which includes potty training, feeding helping others to improve in regards to sensory processing issues, spatial awareness just to mention a few. A great communicator, team player, hard working never settling for mediocrity, very energetic, seeking at all times to bring out the best in my clients incrementally.
