Early Childhood Educator Job in Airdrie, Alberta

Magic Mountain Child Development Centre is a well established and rapidly growing company in Airdrie, with 4 locations. We are currently looking for an Assistant Director / Office Coordinator. We are looking for someone that has had prior office experience, and has their Child Care Development Supervisor Certification. A successful candidate would practice great communication skills, be extremely organized, and have good computer skills. This person must be highly motivated, adaptable, and fluent in English, as well as, have strong leadership skills and a strong ability to multi-task. A successful candidate would display extreme professionalism, and must have knowledge of Alberta Child Care Licensing Regulations and Accreditation Standards. This person must have a current criminal record check and first aid certification, or be willing to obtain these items upon being hired. The main responsibilities of this position would be conducting tours of the centre to prospective families, receiving and completing child registrations and child files, answering phones and emails, communicating with families, supporting staff, assisting with staff schedules and assisting with licensing and accreditation tasks.
