Early Childhood Educator Job in Richmond, British Columbia

Our Child Care Center is currently hiring in our Preschool Program and After School Care Program. Our Preschool has a play based curriculum which is enhanced by fine arts programming. We are looking for an energetic and creative individual who loves working with Preschool aged children to join our team. Applicant should have experience with this age group, a valid ECE or ECEA certificate, First Aid certificate and a Criminal Record Check. You should be comfortable communicating with staff and families, enjoy program planning including theme based art projects and Circle Time and be experienced with Behaviour and Guidance for young children. This position is Monday through Friday. Our After School Care program is currently hiring an After School Care Program Leader. We are looking for a responsible individual with an energetic and creative side who enjoys working with this age group and planning daily age appropriate activities. Applicant must have experience working with school aged children (5-12 years), an ECE or ECEA certificate or have taken the Responsible Adult Course, a First Aid Certificate and Criminal Record Check. You must be able to lead and supervise a group of school aged children, program plan engaging activities for this age group and be comfortable communicating daily with staff and families. This position is Monday through Friday.
