Valuing their individuality, encourage their curiosity and interest in learning that can be sustained for a lifetime." PROFILE I am a Montessori and kindergarten educator for over 13 years. Having gradually progressed form a teacher to head teacher, to becoming a founder director and now hand holding other schools in setting up their Montessori pattern kindergarten schools as a Freelance Consultant. This journey made me a multifaceted Montessori teacher who can understand the nuances of Montessori teaching and learning method. Understanding the child's psychology, the genuine concerns of a new parent and the responsibilities of the school management. With a double graduate qualification in child psychology (BA) and education (B.....) along with Diploma in Pre-primary teaching( PPTT) , a certification in Montessori and teaching English as a second language( ESL) from ACT. Pursuing AMI diploma from RTI, Mumbai to further upgrade my teaching skills and knowledge. Moreover, my passionate, dedicated, punctual, and hard working approach makes me a dependable team member.
