My name is Yang Xu. I am a registered ECE and Montessori Teacher. As you can see from my enclosed resume, I graduated from George Brown College in 2012, where I learned and practiced my professional knowledge and skills, such as Piaget Theory, Continuum of Development, Healthy and Safety and so on. I had more than 8years experiences working full time with different age group of children in a Montessori Casa classroom, that I gained an in-depth understanding of the different age group children's needs and development. I gained my great interpersonal skill through my past work experience as well as the placement. I coordinated with people from all over the world. I had high level of communication skill. I finished my Montessori Teacher diploma which delicate working with 2.5-6 years old children in 2016. I have been a head teacher in the Montessori CASA classroom afterwords. I am recently taking the Montessori Infant and Toddler teacher training and works as a Head Teacher in Toddler Room for 2 years. I am also an early year Mandarin teacher for 8 years. I was working as a sale representative, and I was the best seller in the store. I can adapt in new environment quickly. I had well organization skill that showed from my own business store.
