I received my Early Childhood Education Diploma in June, 2014 from Seneca College and subsequently registered with the College of Early Childhood Educators. I am fluent in both English and French and have seven years of experience working as an Early Childhood Educator/Assistant. I have completed the Early Childhood Education Apprenticeship Program at Seneca College and as you can see from my enclosed resume, I have a wealth of experience working within the Child Care environment. My core duties involve providing quality care, service and support to the children and families, preparing program plans according to the children’s age and interests, observing and evaluating children’s performance, behavior, social development and physical health. I also maintain a sanitary and organized environment and have established an excellent rapport with families as well as other team members. I have proved to be reliable and proactive in the past with a solid track record. I have the ability to work independently and in a team setting which is why I believe that I will be an asset to the center.
