Early Childhood Educator Job in Victoria, British Columbia

Freedom Childcare Centre has been operating in downtown Victoria for over 25 years. We are currently looking for an Early Childhood Educator to join our 3 to 5 year old program. This position involves caring for a group of 7 children within a group of 15 with another partner. We offer a 7 hour work day, benefits after 3 months, 6 paid sick days per year, 2 weeks paid holidays after one year increasing over time plus a paid week off between Christmas and New Years plus all statutory holidays. Our hourly wage is $21.50 per hour (ECEWE Included) increasing to $22.50 (ECEWE included) per hour in April 2020. We strive to have a peaceful and respectful environment for both children and staff.
