Early Childhood Educator Job in Oakville, Ontario

We are a designated GREEN school , located in a heritage home on 3/4 acre property with large trees, edible gardens and loads of space for outdoor classrooms and areas for the children to run and explore. We have a strong extracurricular program ran by different community experts who come into the centre weekly/biweekly or monthly running their own programming designed to engage the "whole" child. We have yoga, gymnastics, live animal discovery, suzie sunshine music and more! We are looking for a creative, adventurous, innovative and child loving educator to join our team of excellent early childhood educators. Educators with a child-led, teacher directed, emergent approach to learning preferred. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with all age groups, and will have a strong understanding of developmentally appropriate programming, with new, creative and fun options for accommodations to encourage skill mastery and challenge different skill levels. They will have strong communication and problem solving skills. Will confidently interact and forge relationships with parents, staff and students.
