Early Childhood Educator Job in Toronto, Ontario

We are seeking an experienced RECE Supervisor with strong interpersonal and management skills to be accountable for the overall operation of the Child Care Centre. This includes ensuring adherence to the Mission, Vision and Values of WTDC, Quality Assurance and curriculum standards as well as all legislative requirements set forth by the Ministry of Education, Toronto Children’s Services, and Public Health. In addition to completing the various administrative responsibilities required, they are required to provide leadership and supervision to all staff and connect with families, children, and the community while remaining consistent with the philosophy as well as the policies and procedures of WTDC. We put an emphasis on the candidate’s professionalism, punctuality, ability to work independently and with team/BOD, ability to follow procedures, and can demonstrate flexibility (to ensure the safety of the program, attend meetings, etc.)
