Early Childhood Educator Job in Toronto, Ontario

Are you an Early Childhood Educator who loves music? We are looking for an enthusiastic, empathetic and reliable person looking to deliver fun and engaging MUSIC classes for infants (0-12mos) and their caregivers, and MUSIC classes for tots (1-3.5yrs) and their caregivers. The successful candidate will provide a welcoming space and interactive, fun, educational music experiences for both children and their caregivers. The classes will be held in a beautiful new space in the heart of Toronto's Beaches community. Goal: To create a welcoming interactive drop-in class for introducing music-related activities that encourage bonding, and nurture social, emotional and cognitive skills. -Commitment: Initial program: 8 weeks, October to November 2022 with potential for renewal of contract. Requirements A degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education from a recognized college or university · An active member of the College of ECEs in good standing · Experience as an Early Childhood Educator · A valid Vulnerable Sector Check · Valid First Aid & CPR · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Fluent in English Please describe your music-related skills/experience when submitting your resume.
