We are looking for an infant toddler educator to join our amazing toddler team of three. The toddler program focuses on a more emergent curriculum which has a natural flow to the program. They have a strong sense of collaboration with project and inquiry bases learning. The program uses many natural and opened materials as we believe children are so gifted in making relationships with the natural world that brings on wonder, creations and connection. We are looking for the right person who can bring us gifts as all educators have their unique way of practicing with their own strengths and interests. We provide lots of flexibility and enjoy collaboration between children, families, community and educators. Growth is important for our educators and we work alongside a Pedagogist through the ECPN.
