Our Children's Centre Daycare Wage: $25.17-$2.../hr depending on position and qualifications with annual wage increases, PLUS $3.00/hr OF EXTRA BENEFITS paid for by the centre AND A SIGNING BONUS! Position Summary: The Infant/Toddler Educators are responsible for providing daily care and education for the children enrolled in the Infant and Toddler Programs at OCCS. OCCS is a not for profit, licensed group childcare centre and has a beautiful and strong sense of community. The educators work together collaboratively and are expected to support the children and their families by building relationships and connections while also ensuring the policies and philosophies are implemented and maintained. The educators also develop and maintain beautiful working relationships with the OCCS Board of Directors, manager, facility staff, and others as required.
