In addition to assisting with classroom activities, you will also have the opportunity to step in as a Supply Teacher when needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Montessori philosophy and approach, as well as a genuine passion for working with young children. Additionally, previous experience in a supervisory role and the ability to effectively manage a classroom are highly desirable qualities.
