-Assist the classroom teacher during class time to insist things run smoothly
-Assist with changing diapers as not all students are potty trained
-Assist the teacher in classroom and craft preparation
-Clean-up & set-up the classroom and help prepare it for the next class
-Be aware of and comply with all personnel policies and procedures
-Collaborate with lead teacher on curriculum planning & preparation
-Attend scheduled staff and school related meetings and functions
-Work toward professional growth and development
Teachers and teacher assistants will work as a team. Although the teacher is the lead, both will support each other. Collaboration is expected.
