Child's Play is a Out of School Care located in Calgary and Area. We are looking for Playworkers/Front Line Staff for the 2024/202... School Year. Employees must be 18 years old. This is a manager position with full time split shift hours 7am - 9:30am/ 2pm - 6pm and Friday 7am - 9am/12pm - 6pm. Candidate must have expereince completing admin duties. Candidate Must already have a Level 1 or Level 2 or Level 3 Child Care Certificate! We are looking for new members of our team who have: A sense of fun The desire to work hard A Play Focus Enthusiasm Lots of ideas and energy We have been providing before and after school care to children in Calgary, Airdrie and Cochrane with exciting and stimulating play environments since 2010. Responsibilities: Lead and support children in multi-disciplinary activities Support child-led free play in accordance with the Playwork Principles Prepare activities and activity supplies Assist children in daily life activities and transitions Provide for the supervision and safety of the children Participate in staff training and daily/weekly reflection.
