Duties & Responsibilities Implement and be able to make necessary adjustments to the curriculum to meet the developmental needs of the children in the classroom. Meet child care licensing regulations during work hours, inside of the classroom. Possess a number of developmentally appropriate guiding and caring techniques when interacting with children. Adhere to St.Dulwich Academy procedures set forth by training. Is able to take direction from Management. Be able to work effectively in a team environment. Maintain a professional and confidential relationship with families by always keeping in mind our confidentiality agreement and conflict of interest agreement. You are able to recognize what needs to be done and are proactive in maintaining a functional classroom
