Here are the requirements: • Lead teachers must have Staff Credentails and or VPK required credentials. • CDA, Associate Degree or BA in Early Childhood Education is preferred. • A passion for educating and nurturing young children. • Experience working with young children in a childcare and/or early education setting. • Must be responsible and able to implement our programs and maintain the high quality of education at BELA is known for. • Excellent communication skills to build and maintain positive relationships with parents, staff and our community. • Strong leadership skills. • Demonstrated ability to implement hands-on curriculum. • Flexible and able to adapt to a high-paced environment.
