Early Childhood Educator Job in Austin, Texas

We are looking to fill the position of Lead Infant Teacher for a growing Montessori school located in Northwest Austin/Cedar Park. This individual must be highly motivated, positive, energetic and team oriented. The lead teacher is responsible for carrying out the mission, vision and core values of the school. Lead teachers write and implement their own lesson plans based on school guidelines and monthly school themes. The lead infant teacher is required to display strong interpersonal skills. The teacher should have the ability to work not only with children (Focus on 3 months to 18 months) but with parents and other staff members.
