Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated Infant and Toddler Floor Manager to lead our team of educators and ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young learners. This role is essential in managing day-to-day operations, promoting children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development, and maintaining compliance with licensing regulations. Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead a team of educators, ensuring best practices in infant and toddler care. Plan and implement age-appropriate, engaging activities that support children's development. Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment. Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to all licensing and regulatory requirements. Foster strong relationships with families, staff, and children, promoting a positive and supportive atmosphere. Provide mentorship and ongoing professional development for the team. Qualifications Valid Early Childhood Educator (ECE) License with an Infant/Toddler Specialization. Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a childcare setting. Strong knowledge of child development and early childhood education practices. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. A passion for working with children and making a positive impact on their growth and development. Compensation Competitive hourly rate of $30.00 per hour.
