BeLoved Montessori in West Linn has an immediate opening for an Infant/Toddler Teacher to join our lovely AMS-trained Lead Teacher in the classroom, which serves 8 children with 3 adults. The ideal candidate loves working with young children, has a positive, upbeat energy, and is professional, reliable, and flexible. He or she also has, criminal background registration before first day of employment, Oregon Child Care training requirements including Food Handler within 30 days of employment, and both Adult/ Child CPR/First Aid and Recognizing and Reporting Child Abuse and Neglect within 60 days of employment. If you have AMI or AMS Teacher or assistant training, that's a big plus! (Although not required) Responsibilities include caring for and maintaining the safety of the children at all times as well as assisting the Montessori Teacher according to the Montessori method of educating for life.
