Early Childhood Educator Job in Calgary, Alberta

Prepare lessons that reflect accommodation for individual student differences and develop the executive functions for the students. Plan work cycles to expand logic and influence students natural curiosities towards learning Optimize the stimulating environment at the Academy to facilitate student growth, exploration, and participation Conduct assessment of student learning styles, student executive function development and use results to appropriately plan lessons for instructional activities. Plan and supervise purposeful assignments for assistant teachers and/or volunteer(s). Use technologies and optimize the Fueling Brains application for the teaching/learning process. Collaborate with classroom teams for planning and implementation of weekly lesson plans. Encourage children through role modeling and guidance to respect themselves and others. Collaborate with parents and/or guardians to share and ensure the educational success of the child. Supervise the children at all times, ensuring a safe environment inside the classroom and during outdoor programming. Participate in internal and external learning activities to increase knowledge and awareness of Early Childhood Education research. Other duties and responsibilities as required.
