Early Childhood Educator Job in Warrior, Alabama

I’m looking to hire a sweet caring person who is either qualified and ABA therapy or occupational therapy working with autistic children my son due to the pandemic and a late diagnosis is nonverbal and right now he is going to school that just offers speech and occupational therapy but he was never given a chance to do ABA and I do not know of any ABA in my state but I also have a one year-old son so when I pick up my autistic son from school and we get home at 3:20 until my husband comes home at 6:30-ish it’s chaotic my six-year-old doesn’t care for the one-year-old being around or me picking him up and then also my six-year-old what he has learned in School or from what the school says he has learned he is not doing it home so would be nice to have someone who could help him and me and my husband understand how to cope at home with him because the school he goes to doesn’t really include the parents so I don’t really know what measures they’re using to get him to behave or not hurt himself he is very hyper and my one year-old is trying to walk say is constantly chaotic at my house I very seldom get to do a thorough housecleaning or cook dinner I’ll depend a lot on my mom next-door who needs me to find help so I can relieve her and she can go to the doctors I am also posting on the sitter side to because if I can’t find anyone with any artistic skills than I am willing to just take on a nanny or babysitter for my one year-old and if that were the case in my situation I would want them to do white housekeeping and possibly every now and then date night or even travel with us sometimes but that’s only if they were going to be my full-time nanny so I do understand that the hourly wage May be higher than what I wrote because it just depends on the situation
