* in good standing with the College of ECE * knowledge of AQI * knowledge of HiMama app * familiar with COVID protocals * Up-to-date TB Test * Up-to-date Immunization record available * Minimum 12 months of experience working with young children 12 months to 6 years - field placement is NOT included. * Ability to use frequent light to medium physical effort such as lifting up to 20 kg (44 lbs.), bending, and down stairs and stooping * Must be able to work outdoors for at least 2 hours / day, a year-round. * Must be able to wear a mask and googles/shield throughout their shift. * Must be willing to do cleaning classroom and Toys cleaning duties. * Strong communication and leadership abilities and ability to work well in stressful/high-paced environments. * Ability to communicate effectively with parents in a positive way both written and verbally. * Ability to work well in a team environment and an openness to feedback. * A caring, nurturing, positive and energetic personality. * Must be highly motivated when working and love working in a centre environment.
