The Child Care Centre Supervisor assumes responsibility for the day to day operations of the Child Care Centre. The supervisor reports directly to the owners and will act as the point of contact in all facets including, with the ministry, parents, community etc. The Supervisor is responsible for program planning, working effectively with staff, working with families and children, connecting with the community, mentoring students, ensuring enrolment rates remain high and administrative responsibilities related to the day to day operation of the Child Care Centre. The Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership in keeping with the philosophy of Early Learning and Child Care as well as for quality client service to foster student success.
