Early Childhood Educator Job in King City, Ontario

King's Ridge Montessori is located at King City, ON L7B 0N7. At King's Ridge Montessori we follow Dr. Maria Montessori's Philosophy and methodology to stimulate the child's learning process by developing their curiosity to explore the world. KRM is looking for an admin for our location in King City. The admin should be able to easily handle the day to day operations of the child care, be able to proactively handle any issue that may arise. The successful candidate should understand and be able to implement the requirements set out by the Ministry of Education, Public Health, York Region's Children Services and other regulator bodies. Also the admin will be responsible for the strict compliance with the CCEYA. Salary is based on qualification and experience. Qualifications: Registered Early Childhood Educator Good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience in a childcare environment teaching in a classroom of a licensed childcare facility Clear Police Vulnerable Sector Screening First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certificate - Level C AED and meet health requirements Experience with Montessori method and materials is preferable Food Handler's Certificate is preferable Benefits Medical, Vision care and dental benefits Paid PD days (trainings and certificates) Vacation pay On-site parking Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
