Early Childhood Educator Job in Mountain View, California

Little Acorn Christian Preschool is a private non-profit preschool center that is a mission of the First Presbyterian Church of Mountain View and is committed to excellence in early childhood education. We are looking for experienced and qualified Preschool Educators. We follow a child-centered, play-based philosophy with an emphasis in reflective teaching and modeling sound Christian values. Position: Educator at Little Acorn Christian Preschool Position Start Date: ASAP Hours: Full Time, Part Time and Substitute Positions Available. Schedule is negotiable. Educational/Experience Requirements: AA or BA degree including 24 units in early childhood education Preferably holding a CDE Teacher Permit or above or working toward Teacher Permit 3 years of classroom teaching experience with 2-5 year old children Ability to implement child-centered and/or emergent curriculum with experience in the philosophy of Reflective Practice.
