Early Childhood Educator Job in Calgary, Alberta

Thornhill Child Care Society is currently recruiting experienced Early Childhood Educators for our Bowness Montgomery Child Care Center located in the North West and our Lumino Center located just a few blocks from Chinook Mall. The Society's vision is about supporting a diverse community of families by providing quality environments for all children to reach their full potential. The center provides child care for Infant ages through to Kindergarten aged children as well as supports inclusion. Candidates must posses a fundamental understanding of Emergent Curriculum and have the ability to work in a team environment. This centers are looking for Educators who are passionate about Emergent Curriculum (FLIGHT), enjoy learning about new techniques in supporting inclusion and enjoy working closely with our Multi-disciplinary team. Ideally, candidates would posses Level 2 or 3 Certification, specifically with education in Early Childhood Development and Early Learning. The salary listed does NOT include Provincial Top Ups. Other requirements include a current (less than 6 months old) Criminal Background Check and First Aid in Child Care, Covid-19 Vaccination or the ability to provide those.
