Create and manage the weekly staff schedule to ensure all rooms meet ratio compliance Managing general day-to-day operations: implement schedules, support staff, provide tours to perspective families, deal with day-to-day paperwork Communicate with both staff and families effectively and efficiently Demonstrate sound judgement and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Experience with successfully addressing and promoting a positive mental health environment amongst staff Extensive experience in licensed childcare programs and activities, including knowledge of policies and procedures related to the operation of a childcare centre.
