Early Childhood Educator Job in Vista, California

Big Tree Little Preschool is a small preschool located in PUUF (Palomar Unitarian Universalist Fellowship) in Vista. We offer a warm and stimulating environment to our children and staff with a focus on nature. We are located on a beautiful property where we take frequent nature hikes, visit the butterfly garden, and have sensory and art activities in our outdoor classroom. We are currently hiring a part time co-teacher and teacher assistant. We are looking for a phenomenal team player to join our amazing staff who are dependable, responsible, energetic, adaptable, and creative. Candidates must be willing to teach a Pre K curriculum to small groups of preschool children. We are looking for a teacher who is confident and able to run a classroom while working as part of a team. Minimum Requirements: -Experience working with young children -12 ECE units- Not required for Teacher Assistant position -Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English -Pass a background check -Positive attitude :) -Punctual and dependable -A desire to work as part of a team- You will not be alone in your own classroom- we all work together.
