Early Childhood Educator Job in Ottawa, Ontario

We are looking for an EA/Teacher to help homeschool our son 10 and 15 hours per week, between the hours of 9 AM -4 PM to begin in June, with the possibility of an extension. Our son is 11 and on the Autism spectrum. He has been in school in a mainstream class but our family was in a serious car accident back in August 2019 and because of his injuries he needs to be home to receive the proper support. We will need someone who is creative, patient, adaptable, and flexible as we may need to integrate some rehabilitation therapies with his schedule. He experiences outbursts due to trauma, so he also has a behaviour team that is available to support. Ideally, we'd like someone who is comfortable developing a curriculum-based learning program independently or collaboratively with us and other educators. We can offer between $30 - $40/hour consummate with experience, and whether you will provide program design as well as implementation.
