Represent Kanata North Early Learning Centre in a professional and positive manner. •Practicing positive behaviour management •Creating and implementing ELECT based curriculum •Effective communication between co-workers and parents •Plan and develop child care programs, Provide supervision and guidance of daily activities and special activities, •Provide opportunity for creative expression through the mediums of art, dramatic play and music, •Assess the developmental level of children, •Prepare progress reports and discuss with parents and other staff members, • Gain basic knowledge and understanding of Early Child Care Years Act, Knowledge of licensing regulations.
