Early Childhood Educator Job in North York, Ontario

North york non-profitt childcare center looking for an experienced RECE to join our team Essential Qualifications: The Successful Candidate Will… • Hold an Early Childhood Education Diploma from an accredited institution or its equivalent • Must have proof of current registration with the College of Early Childhood Education and be a membership in good standing • Must have a current clear Vulnerable Sector Police Reference Check • Hold a valid Standard First Aid/CPR certificate • Experienced with technology associated with computers and computer systems • Working knowledge of the Ministry of Educations Early Years Act and the City of Toronto’s Assessment for Quality Improvement • Working knowledge of Toronto Public Health requirements and standards • Willingness to be flexible, versatile and/or tolerant in a changing work environment while maintaining effectiveness and efficiency • Well-developed interpersonal skills including both written and oral • Ability to work independently, managing time and workload • Minimum 3 references (preferably supervisors from previous employment positions in a child care setting) • Starting from $24/hr
