Early Childhood Educator Job in Victoria, British Columbia

Freedom Childcare has been operating a high quality childcare centre in downtown Victoria for over 25 years. We are looking for a Team Leader to manage our 3 to 5 year old program. Full ECE Licence is required for this position as well as strong leadership abilities to lead a team of skilled educators caring for 30 children. You will join and be supported by 3 other team leaders working in their various positions. The position involves working as a partner with another educator with a group of 15 children. Office time on Mondays and Fridays is provided to complete extra team leader duties. Staff work a 35 hour work week and we are open 7:30 to 5:30 Monday thru Friday. We offer 2 weeks paid holiday after one year, paid week off at Christmas, 11 paid statutory holidays, 6 paid sick days, benefits after 3 months.
