I am always interested in performing a job that would help me gain more experience. After my graduation I have worked as teacher in two reputable schools where I taught Biology to several classes and levels. The direct contact with students enhanced my communication skills, helped me solve problems, understand others and better handle critical situations. Moreover, the communication with my colleagues, whether it was the school principle, teachers or coordinators, allowed me to use the information I obtain and share my experience and opinion to eventually do what is best for the students and their academic performance. In addition, working at “Mitch’s Family Restaurant” as a customer service manager has introduced me to the practical work environment and improved my practical and managerial skills. I have handled responsibilities and managed the overall performance of employees. Also, I have closely monitored the customer service to ensure best overall outcome. After being involved in several job experiences and domains, I have been able to use my skills and experiences that I have gained during my academic years at the university and within the work field. Due to the various exposure, my ability to cope with challenges, handle difficulties and respond to job demands, has been strengthened. I have also gained a certified experience in teaching and child care development..... addition to a certified standard first aid training. When dealing with children I experienced the difference in development, recognition, behaviour, and abilities for each age group, as well as for every individual; an individual is unique and has his own kind of intelligence and his own way of integrating new information, that’s why I try to consider that in my teaching styles and implement what I have learned in the favour of these differences.
