As a child care assistant my priority is always the safety of children. I will always monitor the kids and keep a good communication with the supervisor. I will also assist the kids during their meal time and train them toilet habits. To develop their physical activity I will assist them to the playground and make sure that each child is getting a good environment for growth. I should also maintain an open comunication with parents and keep an appropriate record of each child with high confidentiality.
