I have completed my diploma in Early Childhood education program and have 1 year experience working with different age groups . I am aware about Four foundations of How does learning effect and also familiar with Elect document. Planning and implementing learning experience plans for their holistic development. As an educator it is a best practice to always encourage children for their efforts ,be patient,good listener because children use thousands of language to express themselves.
