Casa Montessori Teacher for ages 2 1/2 to 6 years of age Qualifications: Only candidates with a Montessori Diploma please apply. Accredited Montessori Teacher with a MACTE approved Montessori Diploma. Excellent written and oral communication. Holds a current First Aid and CPR certification. Possesses current Criminal Reference Check. Must provide a clear health assessment- including TB test. Able to ensure that all legislation pertaining to the DNA are implemented. Plan and develop Casa Montessori school programs. Provide supervision and guidance of daily activities- field trips and special activities. Provide opportunity for creative expression through art, dramatic play and music. Assess the developmental level of children. Prepare progress reports. Maintain child care supplies and equipment. Strong leadership skills. Responsible and independent. Creative, hard-working team player, energetic, and flexible. Have a very positive and professional attitude and be able to work and contribute to our school and community.
