Early Childhood Educator in Ottawa, Ontario

My experience with the children have made me value when the children are seen as researchers and natural thinkers. It is not about what can we plan for them or how can we plan to enhance their learning. Is how the children shows us through play what can we plan and how to enhance their learning and knowledge. At the same time to learn with them. Also, my experiences have showed me that children are very unique and have their own teaching styles. In these early ages, children learn and gain their knowledge through hands-on experiences, the environment around them and how the teacher provides the proper learning for them. As an educator, it is important to give the opportunity to the children to explore their environment, provide hands-on activities, and include them in the process of planning. Everything until now has been so rewarding working with children. I haven't have any experience yet.
