Early Childhood Educator in Toronto, Ontario

I recently achieved my ECE diploma from Centennial College, Progress campus. After finishing my diploma I started a job in Kids Hut daycare, and there I am working as RECE at Toddler room, in full time position. I regularly making the weekly program plan for toddlers by following ELECT document. I plan and implement all the activities effectively. As I am working with toddlers, I know about their liking, disliking, their common and individual skills and the most importantly their field of interests. When I plan activities for them I always keep in my mind hat they like and what not. I believe that it is very important to use their interest in program plans. During my study period, I completed 3 placements in different places, with different age groups, so now I am confident to work with any age group.
