Early Childhood Educator in Toronto, Ontario

Hi My name is Shunda Francois, a recent graduate from Humber college Diploma ECE program. I was able to excel and got honors in all four semesters at Humber College.I am currently in process of getting registered with the College of ECE. I have over nine years experience of working with families in my community and four field placements in various institutions ranging from daycare to TDSB schools. I also have experience with working with children with special needs. I enjoy communicating and building relationship with families in a responsive and inclusive environment. I am also familiar with working with the ELECT Document, How does learning Happen and Think feel act and also the Full day Kindergarten Curriculum I am very observant and can implement plans based on children's interest and areas of needs. I enjoy working with families and children and fun, energetic and outgoing to keep up with children's development. I have worked with infants, preschoolers, and school agers.
