I have positive interactions with the children and parents I have worked with. I also have established and maintained relationships with all the children. I provide equity and inclusion while promoting diversity with the children. Although I have never worked with a classroom with children with special needs, I have done placements which had some children with special needs. I make individual plans for the children and also do research for myself to get to know more about the children with special needs.
