I have 4 years of experience working in a licensed Child Care Centre and years of customer service experience. I have worked with children all ages.I am dedicated and committed to the quality of care for children. I enjoy communicating with parents on their child�s learning and development. I have excellent interpersonal and communication skills that can help me communicate effectively with children, parents and co-workers. I have strong program planning skills which based on children�s interests. I am able to provide a wide range of play-based learning. I am responsible, flexible, hard-working and a team-oriented person. I didn't work with children with special needs particularly but I took a course for it. There always are children with special needs in the group children I work with. I feel that i always can make connection with them easily.
